My Little Wilderness
New Music
With My Little Wilderness, Goldfuchs presents an EP that contemplates becoming, transformation, and the quiet art of accepting oneself and the other. In a time when much of life has grown loud and hurried, she creates a complex and intimate space in which delicacy, reflection, and emotional maturity can unfold.
The title track, My Little Wilderness, offers a poetic allegory of the attempt to tame oneself—and the liberating realisation that true healing lies in self-acceptance rather than in the struggle to subdue one’s own wildness.
In While the Angels Sleep, Goldfuchs draws upon a thought by the philosopher Karl Jaspers: “I am through your presence.” The song reflects on how a true self can only emerge through the other—how identity and authenticity are born and deepened in relationship.
The Bearer of Light speaks of trust and mutual growth: of being light to one another, and of granting space so that closeness and freedom may coexist. In Embers of a Day, Goldfuchs captures the fleeting magic of a moment in which genuine connection becomes tangible—that precious togetherness that endures even as the day fades. And Holding the Space turns toward the recognition of the self within the other—the quiet experience that every encounter is also a mirror.
As always, the voice of Goldfuchs remains at the centre: intimate, clear, and emotionally refined. Her music is finely woven, revealing great strength within its tenderness. She creates moments of true closeness—moments that move, resonate, and linger.
My Little Wilderness is an EP about growth through change, about self-acceptance and relationship, and about the quiet beauty of recognising oneself and the other in depth.

Lyrics
While the Angels Sleep is a song about the quiet mystery of connection — how we exist through one another, and how love and presence shape who we are. Inspired by Karl Jaspers’ idea “I am through your presence,” Goldfuchs turns philosophy into music: intimate, emotional, and deeply human.
